PRIVACY NOTICE
What we keep.
What we don't.
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 · PROVISIONAL VERSION
ENGLISH · ESPAÑOL (AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD)
wenrich.xyz is a small site. This page lists everything it does with your data, and nothing else. The Spanish version (Aviso de Privacidad) is the formal notice under the data protection law that applies to it (LFPDPPP). If the two ever differ, the Spanish version applies.
This notice covers wenrich.xyz only. The chat at chat.wenrich.xyz is a separate service with a wallet sign-in, one session cookie and one small note in your browser, and it has its own notice: chat privacy notice.
WHO WE ARE
The site is run by WEN RICH, a brand operated by an individual. An address for legal notices is provided in writing on request at contact@wenrich.xyz. Contact: contact@wenrich.xyz.
THE SHORT VERSION
- On wenrich.xyz: no cookies. No analytics. No ads. No trackers.
- On wenrich.xyz: no accounts, no wallet connection, nothing to sign. Only the chat (chat.wenrich.xyz) asks you to sign in with a wallet (one message signed in Phantom), and it never asks for a transaction.
- We never ask for passwords, seed phrases or private keys.
- We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it to profile you.
WHAT WE PROCESS
| WHAT | WHY | HOW LONG |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, only if you join the waitlist | To send you a one-line confirmation, a welcome email ten minutes later, and updates when there is news. Those first two emails are plain text, with no links and no tracking pixels. | Until you ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing (every update has a way to do it) stops the emails; to also erase the address from our database, write to us. |
| Questions asked to the Oracle while the site took them (until September 30, 2026) | The site no longer takes questions. Before, a question that passed a strict filter (no links, wallet addresses, @handles, long numbers, scam words or profanity) was stored with the Oracle's answer and the time, and shown anonymously in the public "THE ORACLE HEARS" feed. The feed still shows those questions until they expire. Questions that failed the filter were answered and not stored. | 7 days after they were asked, then deleted automatically. The public feed only shows the last 72 hours. |
| An anonymous visitor code, stored next to each of those questions | So one visitor can't fill the public feed: at most 2 entries each. It was 12 characters computed from the IP address, the date and a random secret that lived only in the server's memory and was replaced every time the service restarted. It changed every day, and the IP address was not stored with it. It is no longer computed. | Deleted with the question, after 7 days. |
| Your IP address, in memory | Rate limits against abuse (for example, 120 requests per minute overall, 5 waitlist sign-ups per hour). | Only while the limit window lasts (at most one hour). Never written to the database. |
| Server logs | The web server records each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the response, the referring page and your browser's user agent. Used only to keep the site running and secure. | Overwritten automatically once the log reaches its size limit (about 30 MB per service). |
The orb on the home page answers on your screen only. Clicking it sends nothing.
WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED
- Resend (email delivery, United States) receives your email address and the emails we send you, only if you join the waitlist. It processes them on our behalf.
- OVHcloud (hosting) rents us the server, located in Canada. Everything above is stored there, except what Resend holds.
- Fonts are served from our own server. Loading the site sends nothing to a font provider.
- Discord and X only see you if you click a link to them. They are separate services with their own policies.
- Authorities, only if a law or a competent authority requires it.
YOUR BROWSER
wenrich.xyz sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no localStorage, no sessionStorage). If that ever changes, for example with cookie-less visit statistics or a streak kept only on your device, this page changes first.
The chat at chat.wenrich.xyz sets one session cookie, only after you sign in, and keeps one note in your browser (the rules version you accepted, so it does not ask again). Its own notice explains both.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@wenrich.xyz. If it is about your waitlist email, write from that same address. The full procedure (ARCO rights, with deadlines) is in the Spanish version.
Questions asked to the Oracle can't be traced back to a person, so we can't look them up by name or email. They delete themselves 7 days after they were asked.
CHANGES
If this notice changes, this page and the date at the top change with it.
